Terms and Conditions

The resort has the authority to manage sound levels in the Beach Area until 10 PM.
Food tasting is only available from the listed menu items. Any item not included may incur an extra charge.
Tasting will only be scheduled after your date has been confirmed with payment of a deposit and a signed contract. – Wedding ceremonies and receptions may be held only at our designated venues. 
Nacpan Beach Glamping and Resort reserves the right to decline wedding arrangements during holiday or peak periods and rainy seasons 
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Wedding packages rates are valid until December 2024.

Term of Payment

A reservation fee of Php 50,000 is necessary to secure the date, time, and venue for a specific package. This fee is non-refundable, non-consumable, and non-transferable but will be deducted from the total charges.

Payment must adhere to the following terms:

First Payment: Php 50,000 reservation fee to officially secure the venue, date, and time (Non-refundable and Non-transferable).
Second Payment: 20% of the total package cost due forty-five (45) days after the reservation date.
Third Payment: 30% of the total package cost due ninety (90) days before the event.
Fourth Payment: 50% or full payment is due sixty (60) days before the event.

Media

If you upload images to the website, avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Events Cancellation Policy: 

Cancellations occurring less than 30 days before the event will result in the forfeiture of the 50% down payment.
For cancellations made at least 90  days before the event, a full refund is available.
In the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances like heavy rainfall, typhoons, adverse wind conditions, or other factors on the event day, 80% of the payment will be non-refundable.

Additional Information:

If Nacpan Beach Resort closes on your scheduled day or is unable to host visitors due to official government orders, you can cancel without charge and receive a full refund.
Please note that refunds may take up to 90 days to be processed back to the original payment method.
